Senior Schedule 9/12-9/16

Mon 9/19—Assign research paper topics, begin brainstorming; explain notecard method. (Quote on one side; CM notes on back side; works cited card.)

Tues—Lab or library, for research (bring in books)

Wed—4 MC quotes due, 6 outside quotes due.  Outlining lesson (Humpty Dumpty)

Thurs—Lab, for research

Fri—discussion: what are you learning?  Bring in an interesting point from research and share with class your discovery/point made.

Mon 9/26—Thesis due; 6 MC quotes due; 8 outside source quotes due.  Outlining work in class.

Tues 9/27-- Outline due @ start of class; go over “complexity paragraph.”  

Wed—Lesson on passive phrasing, semi-colons.

Thurs— Lab to type drafts.

Fri 9/30—First draft due, peer editing.

Final draft due Tues. Oct 4th
